Upon purchase of our membership package, Capital Spa will issue a certificate of insurance corresponding to the amount of your package, to protect your prepayment. Please request from our staff if you do not receive it. Your peace of mind in being a Capital Spa Member is of the utmost importance to us.

We are not GST registered at this moment. In the event we are GST registered, to avoid double GST payment, GST will not be charged to your purchase of the packages) listed in this menu. However, GST will be deducted from your package balance when you utilize our services. The price of our services are all inclusive of GST

We will provide a 5-working day (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) cooling off period for our members to seek refund if they decide not to proceed with the remaining balance in their membership packages). All our membership packages are protected by approved insurance. Members will be issued with certificate of insurance on the spot upon receipt of payment for our membership packages. Membership packages) must be paid in full. We do not accept any form of deposits. Our membership packages) expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
